OddsOnFPL – Gameweek 9 Preview #FPL

This week we took another 4 point hit, we brought in David Luiz for the injured Eric Bailly, and swapped out the waste of 45 million, and space, Gylfi Siggurdson for in form Raheem Sterling. This week’s expected points is 55

Rob Elliot – Expected points 3.69

Crystal Palace may well look better with Zaha back but it’s Elliot with the better chance of keeping a clean sheet between our goalkeepers. Elliot has a 42.34% chance of keeping a clean sheet.

David Luiz – Expected Points 4.96

Playing OOP as a holding midfielder midweek and even scored a goal. Let’s hope he can repeat that as Chelsea take on a Watford side that’s on a good run of form.

Nicolas Otamendi – Expected points 5.31

Burnley have done well away from home this season, but it’s tough to see them scoring against a resilient Manchester city team. Otamendi has a 63.53% chance of keeping a clean sheet.

Nacho Monreal – Expected Points 3.92

Its a win win with Monreal. If Arsenal concede no doubt the WengerOut brigade will be in full force because he didn’t keep a clean sheet an I’ll get some cracking Arsenal TV. If he keeps a clean sheet I get those FPL points!

Stephens Ward – Expected Points 2.51

I’ll settle for 2 points off Ward this week. Anything else will be considered a bonus.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek – Expected points 2.8

Due to start his first game after his Injury. Interesting to see how he’ll play since the injury.

Dele Alli – Expected Points 4.42

Hasn’t brought much to the table so far this season. His strength and power will hopefully cause Liverpool some problems.

Raheem Sterling(C) – Expected Points 12.08

In form Raheem could cause lots of problems for  Burnley. Transferring Gylfi out seems like the right move considering how bad Everton are. He’s got the highest points expectancy on the team this week making him our captain.

Eden Hazard – Expected points 5.54

Scored two goals midweek and Chelsea still failed to win. Morata is back from Injury so Eden has somebody better to link up with going forward.

Alexandre Lacazette – Expected points 4.54

Everton don’t keep clean sheets. Lacazette doesn’t play 90 minutes. These are facts. Hopefully, he scores before his inevitable substitution.

Harry Kane – Expected Points 5.15

His record at Wembley is worrying as an FPL owner. It’s rare when we want a striker as good as Kane to be playing away from home.

Bench: Pickford, King, Mbemba, Hemed
